Fred Wah appointed Poet Laureate

I did not know we had a Poet Laureate for parliament. The position requires that he person write poetry for parliament and I guess other stuff. In any case congratulations to Fred Wah for being chosen. He is likely the first Asian Canadian to occupy the post. I believe he is also mixed.
