The other Jeremy Lin

I received this in my mail box recently about another Jeremy Lin (ie not the basketball player).

My name is Tou U, an assistant to the producers at Itsy Bitsy Films. We are seeking help to promote our 16-year-old Hong Kong writer Jeremy Lin whose script is already being produced here in L.A. and is set to be filming next week. We think this would be a good story for you and hope you could consider helping us getting the word out.

Asians on Films wrote about us! And we need your help as well!!

Jeremy Lin is a 16-year-old secondary school student in Hong Kong. Not only his name is the same as the surprising basketball star player Jeremy Lin, he may actually become another most famous Asian himself. His script, Senior Project, written in English, based on his experiences in school, has already made its way to Hollywood and will be turned into a 90-minute film releasing expected in 2014.

This Jeremy Lin's name is already all over the Internet associating with the other Jeremy Lin the basketball player!

Paul Jensen and Brion Hambel of Best Medicine Productions signed on as Producers, and Angel Gracia (From Prada to Nada) is the Director.

He also got Alan Tam, a well-known and respectable Canto-pop legend in Hong Kong, to be the Executive Producer for this film.

Jeremy has already gone on various media in Hong Kong and has even been interviewed on BBC. CAPE has agreed to post one of our articles to support as well!

At last, I would like to share my motto with you, “When you dream, you dream alone; when you make a movie, you dream together”. We are working really hard as a team to make this dream come true for this 16-year-old boy and would really appreciate your help for bringing as many people as we can into this dream.
Thank you for your time and look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Tou
